Industrial Design in an Innovative Workplace
Saipem, a global leader in engineering and drilling services for the energy and infrastructure sectors, is a brand synonymous with scale, innovation, and resilience. With operations spanning more than 60 countries and a workforce of tens of thousands, Saipem’s identity is rooted in efficiency, adaptability, and a forward-looking culture. The office project, located within an industrial site building, was designed to translate this culture into space—where functionality meets warmth, and efficiency is enhanced by design.

Drawing inspiration from industrial aesthetics, the design embraces exposed structures, clean lines, and bold materials, softened by natural textures and greenery.
Ergonomic furniture anchors each workspace, ensuring comfort and productivity for employees who drive complex global projects. Flexible seating, collaborative lounges, and formal meeting rooms seamlessly connect, creating zones for focus, dialogue, and innovation.
Warm wood finishes, biophilic accents, and dynamic lighting elevate the industrial palette, infusing the environment with a human-centric warmth that reflects the brand’s commitment to people as much as to performance.
Spaces such as the café, breakout zones, and informal lounges foster community and creativity, encouraging a culture of openness and exchange.
This office embodies the global brands culture: robust, forward-thinking, and collaborative, while providing its people with a workplace that is not just efficient but also inspiring.
